Point Harbor- John J. Zilinsky passed away at his home surrounded by his family, on March 28, 2021. He was born in Malden, MA on January 14, 1948. John is survived by his devoted daughters, Rebecca Sudduth (Mike); their three children, Ashley, Michael Jr and Madison; Melanie Beasley (Hiram), their children, Rodney, Leeland, and Ryland; Elisabeth Gonzalez (Neftali) and their son, Benjamin, and Erin Racine and her children Kaleb and Aubrey.
John also leaves behind his extensive Nags Head Elementary School family. He loved his family and was so proud of each and everyone of them. John’s wife Peggy Zilinsky and his mother and father; Charlotte and Joseph Zilinsky preceded him in death.
The family and friends will gather to celebrate John’s life Friday, April 2, 2021 at Gallop Funeral Services in Nags Head NC from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
