Jack Edward Quidley, Sr., 74, of Buxton, North Carolina went to be with the Lord on Monday, October 3, 2022, surrounded by his wife and three children. He was the son of the late Mahonie A. Quidley and Eula Mae Rhodes Quidley.
Jack was a loving father and grandfather and will truly be missed.
Mr. Quidley is survived by his wife, Lutricia Quidley; his children, Carolyn Renae Gaskins and husband David, Jack Edward Quidley, Jr. and wife Lisa; Melissa D. Bower and husband Ryan; two stepchildren, Angie D. Walls and Trisha Walls; six grandchildren, Christan L. Stowe and husband Michael, Megan D. Smithwick, Howard Kyle Smithwick, Victoria M. Caldwell, Jack E. Quidley III, Hailey Renae Quidley, and Chandler Cox; and eight great-grandchildren. Also surviving is brother, Michael D Quidley and wife Karen; sister, Brenda Quidley; and brother, Tony Quidley.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Dwayne Quidley.
A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, October 13, 2022, at the Family Life Center in Buxton. Friends and family are welcome to join after the service at Pop’s Raw Bar to continue to celebrate and honor the life of Jack E. Quidley, Sr. better known as “POP”.
