The Dare County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in providing identification of a suspect wanted for vandalism on Hatteras Island last month.
On February 9, the man was captured on video vandalizing property at a home in Salvo. Anyone who recognizes the subject or who has information related to the incident is asked to contact Sgt. Doug Oberbeck at (252) 475-9355 or the Dare Community Crime Line (252) 473-3111.
