This week’s Outer Banks SPCA Pet of the Week is a sweet girl that’s an oversized kitten.
The Outer Banks SPCA is teaming up with the SPCA of Northeastern North Carolina for an adoption event and pet supply donation drive at Julius Star Tattoo in Elizabeth City this Friday and Saturday from 2 to 5 p.m.
And 50 percent of all animal-related tatto proceeds will be donated to the shelters this week.
