Greg Alan Jornod, age 76, of Grandy, NC died Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at Vidant North Hospital, Roanoke Rapids, NC.
Born in Fort Wayne, IN on January 10, 1945 to the late Harold E. Jornod and Juanita Hart Jornod, he was the husband of forty-three years to Janice Jore Jornod. He served his country honorably in the U. S. Army and then went on to work thirty-six years for Dupont Aumototive Finishing. Mr. Jornod attended Poplar Branch Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Janell Henderson (Brandon) of Grandy, NC; a son, Grant Jornod (Kirsten) of PA; a brother, Mark Jornod of IN; and four grandchildren, Isaiah Henderson, Cameron Henderson, Josephine Jornod, and Grant Jornod, Jr.
