Eugene Wayne Mull died of natural causes at his residence in Nags Head Sunday, September 19, 2021.
A proud US Army Veteran- Eugene was 70, and born in the Northfield, Ohio area.
Survivors include his sister, Loretta Mull of Manteo, NC and his nephew and caregiver Mike Nagle (Lisa) of the Nags Head home.
Arrangements have been made to send Eugene back to Ohio for his funeral and burial back in Northfield. In lieu of flowers please consider a memorial donation to the Dare County SPCA to purchase treats for the shelter dogs.
