Dare County’s summer school program, facilities and meal delivery program will be closed Monday due to weather concerns related to Tropical Depression Claudette.
The Outer Banks is under a tropical storm warning, with the biggest impacts from the storm expected overnight. Hazards include high winds, soundside flooding, possible tornadoes and flash flooding.
