Dare County Sheriff Doug Doughtie will have the main Sheriff’s Office in Manteo open Saturday, March 13 from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. to receive concealed carry and pistol purchase permit applications for Dare County citizens.
Appointments are encouraged for concealed carry applicants, while walk-ins are welcome.
