Dare County reports 21st COVID-19 death

Dare County Health and Human Services reported the county’s 21st COVID-19 death on Tuesday, the seventh since August.

The death was reported on the health department’s daily dashboard and no other details were released.

Since the start of the pandemic in March 2020, 4.035 county residents have tested positive for COVID-19.

The county reported 10 new COVID-19 cases on Monday, and 64 active positive cases, with three people hospitalized.
