The Dare County League of Women Voters (LWV) invites you to come and meet the candidates running for the Dare County Board of Education on Wednesday, October 12th at Nags Head Elementary School’s Multipurpose Room at 7:00 p.m.
This is your chance to hear directly from Barry Wickre, Jessica Fearns, Ron Payne, Marie Russell, and Matt Brauer.
You may submit questions for these BOE Candidates in advance by sending them to lwvdare@gmail.com along with your name and town by Oct 10th. Audience members will also have an opportunity to submit questions during the event.
Immediately at the conclusion of the Forum, other Dare County candidates will participate in a “Meet & Greet” segment where audience members will hear brief statements from the candidates and have a chance to speak with them.
