Albemarle Regional Health Services and community partners are cancelling first dose Moderna clinics scheduled for Friday, Jan. 29 in Currituck, Gates, Hertford, Pasquotank, and Perquimans counties due to anticipated wind chills.

“This was a difficult decision to make but the health and safety of our staff, partners, volunteers, and community members is extremely important to us,” the agency said in a news release.

ARHS will announce first and second dose vaccine clinics for the week of Feb. 1-4th tomorrow.
