Aaron Beresin, owner and founder of Corolla Beach Services, is looking forward to his company’s first full, and busy, rental season here on the Outer Banks.
As one of the first Corolla companies to utilize the public beach accesses, dozens of repeat guests pre-book his beach set-up service. By providing this stress-free amenity to guests who are vacationing any distance from the beach, Corolla Beach Services is available to all communities from Ocean Hill to Pine Island.
Aaron moved from his hometown in New Jersey to Corolla in 2008 and spent a few summers immersed in the hospitality and guest experience industry.
He followed his dream of living in California and accepted a job that kept him in San Diego for a few years before he moved to the Sunshine State. During his time in Florida, he continued educating himself in the sales and hospitality industry.
He knew that he eventually wanted to be back on the Outer Banks and in early 2019, he packed up his life and drove to North Carolina. He took a job with Corolla Light Beach Rentals – owned by one of his closest friends. He quickly learned the ropes and was encouraged to start his own beach rental company that is now celebrating its second season in business.

Aaron plans to keep his old-school approach to booking reservations over the phone as he prefers to talk to guests and get to know them and their needs before the start of their services.
When asked about the best part of his job he said, “My favorite part has to be the calls and texts I get from customers during and after their vacation. They really appreciate the services we provide and the convenience of simply walking over their beach access with their tent, chairs, and cooler waiting for them. I love providing the best possible experience knowing many of my customers only get 1-2 weeks per year to enjoy the place I now get to the call ‘home’. I want them to leave here with nothing but great memories.”
