The first draft of the 2022 Comprehensive Land Use Plan is ready for review by YOU! Join your friends and neighbors at the Town’s floating Community Open House at Manteo Town Hall on Monday, March 14th anytime from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. The plan will be a modern resource for the Town, reflecting current conditions and incorporating best practices to help guide development and Town leaders as they make decisions for the community. It’s the blueprint for our future you might say!
The Town is required to adopt this plan by July 1, 2022, and we need your help! We would love to receive as much community input as possible. This is your chance to engage and play an active role in the Town’s future programs, investments, and policy decisions.
