On February 26, 2023, at apx. 2:45 pm, a Deputy working the B-District conducted a traffic stop on Wingina Ave. near Scuppernong Rd.
During the traffic stop a search was conducted and an amount of Cocaine was located and seized.
Toby Daniel Fish, 42, Colington, NC, was charged with (F) Possession of Cocaine, (M) DWLR, (M) Fictitious Tags, (M) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Fish was given a $25,000 secured bond.
