College of The Albemarle has installed an external wifi access point for COA students and community members to use. The “Park and Surf” Wifi is available at COA-Dare on Russell Twiford Road in Manteo.
Park in the lot near the main entrance, choose “COA-Public” from your wifi settings and complete your work from your vehicle.
