Moyock – Clarence Hugh Mays, 75, died of natural causes in Elizabeth City, NC December 4, 2021. Clarence was born in Suffolk, VA and served proudly in the Unites States Army.
Surviving relatives include his loving wife of 49 years, Phyllis F. Mays of the Moyock residence, their son, Kevin Mays (Angela); their daughter, Shannon Dowdy; two granddaughters Logan and Cameryn (all of Moyock), as well as several other relatives and good friends both near and far.
