Harry Graves of Chesapeake, Va. caught this nice big, 9 pound plus sheepshead while fishing on Jennette’s Pier in Nags Head Friday morning.
Anglers have also been catching black drum, bluefish, croaker, puppy drum, sand perch, Spanish mackerel, speckled trout, strippers and more. The ocean water temperature Friday was 73 degrees and beautiful.
