Brian Owen Halloran, 77, passed away peacefully at his Kill Devil Hills home on May 25, 2023. Brian was born May 12, 1946 in Brooklyn, NY to the late George and Hazel Halloran. Brian was also preceded in death by his first wife, Roberta Halloran and his second wife, Kathy Halloran. Brian was a proud US Navy Veteran and attended SUNY Maritime College earning an engineering degree. In 1986, Brian and his family moved to the Outer Banks.
Brian is survived by his older brother, Roger Halloran; his daughters, Erinn Bennar, Kellye Halloran, and Tracy Halloran; and his four grandchildren, Owen Halloran, London Halloran, Addason Halloran and Brooklyn Halloran. He also leaves behind his furry companion Kona, the family dog who was by his side.
