Annetta Irene Sharp Brightbill
April 6, 1929 – July 23, 2019
Annetta Irene Brightbill, born in Lebanon, PA on April 6, 1929, to the late Isaac and Mary Sharp, passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2019, at her home in Nags Head, NC surrounded by her loving family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Betty Ann Dry; and grandson, Jeremy Lee Brightbill.
Annetta was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by five children, Cindy Brightbill, Keith Brightbill (Nancy), Mary Ellen Sharp, Bob Brightbill, and Eddie Brightbill (Vicki); six grandchildren, Justin, Bryan (Taylor), Ashley, and Kiel Brightbill, Jordan Sharp, and Taylor Holcomb; and one great-grandchild, Ashton Everhart.
For over 38 years, Annetta was lovingly known as “the swimsuit lady” at Surfside Casuals by all her adoring customers who loved her for her honest opinion, humor, kindness, and advice.
In keeping with her wishes, there will be no service at this time.
