Due to the anticipated weather conditions in our service area with the approach of Hurricane Ian, College of The Albemarle (COA) will be closed on Friday, September 30, 2022. 
All COA campuses will be closed for students and employees on Friday. All activities for Friday evening and the weekend are also canceled.
This decision was made out of an abundance of caution and with the safety of the COA family at the forefront.
